Done with with her teaching duties, Mama Eglantine the Great Egret rises up from a muddy ditch and heads skyward.

For about half an hour, this Mama Great Egret has been teaching her young ones how to feed in the marsh mud, but now she’s ready to look for grownup game, and heads skyward for a better view of the nearby fishing.
