Late for School!

Young Edgar always seems off by himself while his sibling Great Egrets are watching and learning from Mom…

Today’s lesson features just Mama Eglantine and young Edith for a bit, then I notice another, and while I’m shooting—zooooom, in flies Edgar, crying out as he lowers his landing gear. Here I am, Mom!

Edith and Emily pretend not to know their rambunctious bro.

NOTE TO STICKLERS: Of course, I have no idea of their genders, much less their proper names, but it helps me keep track of our visitors and they don’t seem to mind.

Doubtless Mom has her own ways of summoning them. I’d love to be schooled by Eglantine, but Google Translate doesn’t do Egret.
